Warranty varies from product to product and can be quoted and/or extended upon request. Full payment for all projects is due upon delivery exclusive of any other arrangements made. Interest charges of 18% annually will be added to all overdue accounts. All parties agree that exclusive personal jurisdition will be held by the courts in the County of Manatee, Florida for any disputes that arise and additionally agree that the first step will be Mediation in Manatee County, Florida. Any party bringing an action against Medical Murals or its affiliates agrees to incur the cost of all legal fees and costs for the defense of Medical Murals LLC and its affiliates and additionally agree not to file any action against these parties outside of Manatee County, Florida
